Area Manager/ Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Red Ember Recruitment. As an Area Manager/ Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth in the industrial and commercial industry.
Key Responsibilities- Labour Management: Ensure accurate attendance records, labour allocation, and adherence to fixed asset policies.
- Store Orders: Authorize and submit store orders promptly.
- Discipline and Grievances: Maintain discipline using the company's code and procedures.
- Communication: Keep staff informed of policy changes and prepare contingency plans.
- Payroll Management: Ensure that staff are paid according to the contract.
- Client Meetings: Attend meetings with clients and ensure prompt action on any issues.
- Promotion of Non-Recurring Business: Promote the company's full range of non-recurring business offerings.
- Monthly Meetings: Attend monthly meetings with Regional Managers.
- Business Growth: Oversee cleaning, hygiene, and pest control services, and also grow the business through sales activities.
- Experience: Experience in a management role within the industrial and commercial industry or a similar service industry.
- Education: Minimum: A matric certificate is required.
- Sales Exposure: Must have a track record of sales.
- Industrial Relations: Familiarity with industrial relations on a shop floor level.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Drivers License: Valid drivers license.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours as required.
