You will be responsible for building sales content, sharing enablement best practices, and developing training programs to support our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive sales performance and efficiency
- Build and maintain sales content, including sales collateral, presentations, and training materials
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and initiatives
- Provide coaching and feedback to sales teams to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant business qualification and a minimum of 5 years' work experience in a sales and systems environment
- Solid understanding of the sales cycle and people management skills
- Experience with Salesforce and education and youth sales experience/knowledge would be advantageous
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have own transport and be able to travel for 30% of the month
