Tower Group is seeking an Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Specialist to expand our presence in the ICT sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of the ICT industry and its trends. The successful candidate will be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, possess excellent negotiation and closing skills, and maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity.
The estimated salary for this position is $115,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:The Enterprise Sales and Partnerships Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. They will be able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, possess excellent negotiation and closing skills, and maintain a high level of personal and professional integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing portfolio sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal team members for collaboration and support.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders at all levels.
- Closing deals with significant annual contract values.
- Managing client onboarding from the sales cycle to technical handover.
- Fulfilling any training and examination requirements as per the company's skills and certification matrix.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic sales roles, preferably within the ICT industry.
- Knowledge in selling across ICT business services.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract negotiation and closing deals with significant annual contract values.
- Demonstrated history of effective client management and sales accomplishments, showcasing expertise in complex solution sales.
