Administrative Operations Manager

To manage and streamline the department's critical administrative and financial functions, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and control. This role is ideal for an organized individual with strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of payroll time sheets to maintain employee satisfaction and financial integrity.
- Account Reconciliation: Oversee administration and reconciliation of monthly cellphone accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and prevent discrepancies.
- Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel plans and bookings for Close Protection Officers (CPOs), optimizing arrangements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Visa Management: Handle visa applications for CPOs and other relevant staff, ensuring timely preparation and submission of travel documents.
- Foreign Exchange and Per Diem Management: Manage foreign exchange and local per diem allocations with accuracy, adhering to financial policies.
- Petty Cash and Credit Card Reconciliation: Conduct thorough reconciliations of petty cash and credit card transactions across stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and accountability.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
