Administrative Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Operations Manager/Business Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Isilumko Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks: Answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
- Maintain office supplies inventory: Check stock, anticipate needs, place and expedite orders, and verify receipt.
- Act as a liaison between clients and staff: Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Assist with report preparation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities: Ensure smooth operations by maintaining office equipment and facilities.
- Manage payroll and HR-related tasks: Manage payroll and other HR-related administrative tasks in coordination with the HR department.
- Organize company events: Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
- A Matric qualification is required.
- The candidate must be fluent in English (first language proficiency) and have working knowledge of Mandarin (advantageous).
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrator, or relevant role is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The candidate should possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- Knowledge of CCTV security systems is preferred but not required.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits may include medical aid, retirement annuity, and annual leave.
