Administrative Coordinator for Courier Operations

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our courier operations at Cre8work. The successful candidate will handle administrative tasks, ensure smooth daily operations, and assist in coordinating deliveries and shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management in a professional manner.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating courier deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including tasks that require physical labor when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in logistics or a courier environment, is highly desirable.
