Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management in a professional manner.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating courier deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries, providing valuable insights for process improvements.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including tasks that require physical labor when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in logistics or a courier environment, is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management software, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
