Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to oversee the financial operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in administration in a financial services environment, with a strong background in property finance and operations administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collate information and analyze performance against targets
  • Track the deal pipeline and monitor circulation of loan proposals against pipeline lead time
  • Monitor compliance with loan and credit policy and business process by reviewing loan proposals
  • Collate operations reports and perform risk assessments
  • Review and confirm travel invoices by reconciling travel invoices with bookings
Requirements
  • Finance Degree (Non-Negotiable)
  • 2-3 years' experience in administration in a financial services environment
  • Experience with property finance and operations administration
  • Experience with reviewing loan proposals
