We are looking for an experienced Sales and Account Executive to sell digital solutions to insurance industry clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sell digital solutions to insurance industry clients, focusing on risk management and underwriting.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance companies and brokers.
  3. Identify opportunities for business expansion and revenue growth within existing client accounts.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and campaigns for promoting digital products.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of digital solutions.
  6. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on how digital solutions can address their specific needs and challenges.
  7. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes related to digital solutions and the insurance industry.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, advantageous.
  2. Minimum of 3 – 5 years' proven track record of success in sales, with experience selling software solutions or services.
  3. Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in relation to risk management and underwriting.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.
  5. Experience in account management or client relations preferred.
  6. Knowledge of publishing industry trends and practices is a plus.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
