Results-Driven Sales Professional for Business Growth

We are seeking a skilled Outbound Telesales Representative to join our team in the UK market. As a dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and driving business growth through innovative strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Engage and Convert: Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers, turning leads into loyal clients by demonstrating expertise in all legal guidance, research, and AI tools, providing compelling solutions to client needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute account-based strategies to maximize new revenue opportunities, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales and productivity targets, ensuring business success, and prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights to the Head of Business Development.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction, while ensuring all sales activities align with GDPR regulations and company policies for ethical and responsible selling.
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in outbound telesales or a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage, persuade, and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels, using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and digital communication platforms.
