Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Outbound Telesales Representative to join our team in the UK market. As a dynamic sales professional, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and driving business growth through innovative strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Engage and Convert: Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers, turning leads into loyal clients by demonstrating expertise in all legal guidance, research, and AI tools, providing compelling solutions to client needs.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute account-based strategies to maximize new revenue opportunities, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  3. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales and productivity targets, ensuring business success, and prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts, providing valuable insights to the Head of Business Development.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction, while ensuring all sales activities align with GDPR regulations and company policies for ethical and responsible selling.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in outbound telesales or a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage, persuade, and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels, using CRM tools, sales tracking systems, and digital communication platforms.
  3. Target-Driven Mindset: A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets in a high-energy environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
  4. Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business value, while staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  5. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing account-specific sales strategies and forecasting future opportunities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
