Job Title: New Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Manager to join our team at RecruiTech. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the corporate space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and secure new clients within the corporate sector
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and seasonality to inform sales approaches
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and revenue of the department

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Minimum 3 years' sales experience in the courier industry, with a focus on domestic transportation and e-commerce
  • Solid sales track record and proven success in sales

Skills and Attributes:

  • Confident and assertive sales approach
  • Strong business development and external sales experience
  • Ability to cold call, build rapport with clients, and negotiate deals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
