Job Title: New Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Development Representative to join our team at Salesworx. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients in the food and beverage industry, focusing on businesses that could benefit from commercial juicing and blending equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including owners, managers, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our commercial juicing and blending equipment.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, provide training, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage or commercial kitchen equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by businesses in the juicing, food, and beverage sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
