Job Summary:

SavageOne Pty Ltd seeks a talented New Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed annual revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
  2. Business Development: Develop and execute a business development plan to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, increasing revenue and market share for SavageOne Pty Ltd.
  3. Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and senior management, to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.
  5. Performance Metrics: Track and measure key performance indicators, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and business development success.

Requirements:

  • Education: Matriculation (required), with higher education preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to understand and respond to customer needs.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in New Business Acquisition, including cold calling, and experience in a service-oriented industry and managing client relationships.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-assured, determined, motivated, and disciplined, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: Cost-to-Company (CTC) salary, including a 15% compulsory provident fund and optional medical aid.
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus, which can equate to a 13th cheque, dependent on performance.
