Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients, develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales and achieve targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service, follow up with existing clients, and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Market Research and Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to effectively position our equipment, and work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and beverage or commercial kitchen equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by businesses in the juicing, food, and beverage sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience selling commercial kitchen or juicing equipment (preferred).
  • Knowledge of health and wellness trends, particularly in relation to juicing (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the technical aspects of juicing equipment, including cold press juicers (preferred).
