New Business Development Executive

At RecruiTech, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new clients within the corporate space and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and secure new clients within the corporate space
- Manage pipeline to ensure conversion rate and revenue targets are met
- Plan and execute approaches and pitches to clients
- Handle and overcome client objections
- Present to clients and negotiate deals
- Master and understand market trends and seasonality
- Meet and exceed targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue
- Convert new relationships into repeat business
- Negotiate with clients and prospective clients to maximize profits
- Execute negotiations through prospecting, cold calling, quantifying, and closing deals
- Converse with all levels of a client (Strategic, Tactical & Operational)
- Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and lead short and long-term strategies
- Promote services and products
- Implement new clients successfully, adhering to SOP, SLA, KPI, and RFQ requirements
- Record and report on customer details and sales visits
- Ensure weekly and monthly reports are up to date and submitted on time
Requirements:
- Matric
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license
- Min 3 years sales experience in the Courier industry, specializing in domestic courier transportation with a niche focus on e-commerce
- Solid sales track record
