New Business Development Executive

At RecruiTech, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for securing new clients within the corporate space and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and secure new clients within the corporate space
  • Manage pipeline to ensure conversion rate and revenue targets are met
  • Plan and execute approaches and pitches to clients
  • Handle and overcome client objections
  • Present to clients and negotiate deals
  • Master and understand market trends and seasonality
  • Meet and exceed targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue
  • Convert new relationships into repeat business
  • Negotiate with clients and prospective clients to maximize profits
  • Execute negotiations through prospecting, cold calling, quantifying, and closing deals
  • Converse with all levels of a client (Strategic, Tactical & Operational)
  • Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and lead short and long-term strategies
  • Promote services and products
  • Implement new clients successfully, adhering to SOP, SLA, KPI, and RFQ requirements
  • Record and report on customer details and sales visits
  • Ensure weekly and monthly reports are up to date and submitted on time

Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Min 3 years sales experience in the Courier industry, specializing in domestic courier transportation with a niche focus on e-commerce
  • Solid sales track record
