Customer Service and Sales Representative Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Spanish language speaker to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. As a representative of our client, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients across multiple verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in Spanish and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Spanish
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Spanish language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
What We Offer:
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
- Probation period: 4 months
Work Environment:
Fully remote work environment with fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost.
