Job Title: Spanish Language Customer Service Representative
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Spanish language customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service and sales specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Spanish and English languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in Spanish and English languages.
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Spanish, including some written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Spanish language: Verbal & Written.
- Located in South Africa.
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding.
What We Offer:

- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).
- Probation period: 4 months.
