Role DescriptionA Virtual Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales & Client Success Team, ensuring seamless organization and calendar management. Additional responsibilities include internet research, customer service, and project management support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships, including onboarding, implementation, training, and retention to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Onboard new clients, providing a comprehensive understanding of our products, programs, and services, and ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and scope-compliant launches.
- Maintain and develop Client Success strategies and best practices, collaborating with the Marketing Team to create client support content.
- Access company systems to track Client Success Metrics, generating monthly reports for clients and senior management.
- Proactively maintain communication channels with clients, addressing concerns, issues, and requests through phone, email, video conferencing, or chat, while building rapport and identifying areas of opportunity.
- Clearly communicate company values and update clients on new products, programs, or marketing initiatives, documenting resolutions for reporting and creating a resolution database.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Admin Assistant with stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
- Actively seeks to understand and deliver client needs, expectations, and satisfaction levels.
- Able to maintain good relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
- Proactively seeks solutions for clients.
- Experience working with a Canadian company is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Client Relationship Management and Project Management Tools.
