Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our Sales & Client Success Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, organize meetings, manage calendars, and conduct internet research. They will also be responsible for managing administrative responsibilities, customer service, and assisting the Project Manager. This role requires strong relationship management, communication, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships, including onboarding, implementation, training, and retention.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring they understand our products, programs, and services.
- Maintain and develop Client Success strategies and best practices.
- Access company systems to track Client Success Metrics and generate monthly reports.
- Proactively maintain communication channels with clients, resolving concerns and issues.
- Clearly communicate company values and update clients on new products and initiatives.
- Document resolutions for reporting and create a resolution database.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Admin Assistant with stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Knowledge of Client Relationship Management and Project Management Tools.
