**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Emporium Human Capital. As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and overseeing the planning and execution of marketing and company events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations:
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth work environment.
    • Oversee inventory levels, resource management, and vendor relationships.
    • Analyze and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Assist with budget preparation and monitor spending for operations and events.
    • Maintain compliance with health and safety protocols.
    • Provide administrative support to staff.
  • Events:
    • Plan and execute marketing and company events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
    • Prepare feedback and reports for continuous improvement of future events.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, event coordination, or a related role.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and vendors.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning tools.

Estimated Salary Range: R22,000 - R25,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
