SA Metal is seeking a highly skilled Temporary Office Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support and services to the SA Metal head office.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team. They will be proficient in MS Office Suite and possess strong numeric and literacy skills.

In addition to providing general office administration duties, the Temporary Office Administrator will be responsible for switchboard operating, coordinating office activities and operations, managing records and databases, and modifying timesheets on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Switchboard operating and responding to incoming calls
  • Coordinate office activities and operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functioning
  • Manage records and databases, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Modify timesheets on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Office Administration Certificate/Diploma
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a secretarial/receptionist position
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (an advantage)
  • Owning reliable transport

Estimated Salary Range: R 250,000 - R 350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
