Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CX Agent to join our team in Wynberg Cape Town, South Africa. As the first point of contact, you will engage with customers, confidently carrying initial conversations and providing excellent service.
This role requires a CX professional with a basic understanding of the US property market, including an awareness of interest rates and property-related terms.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related CX role, with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. They will be able to handle initial property-related queries and maintain a professional tone.
A comprehensive training program will be provided to strengthen property market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide a seamless and positive experience
- Use your foundational knowledge of the US property market to address basic customer inquiries and guide conversations
- Record and update customer information accurately in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related CX role
- Basic knowledge of the US property market, including terms related to interest rates and buying/selling processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle initial property-related queries and maintain a professional tone
