Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Professional Career Services.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for managing various aspects of customer service, including:

  • Coordinating daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Providing administrative support, handling correspondence, and managing electronic switchboards;
  • Supervising staff, monitoring attendance, and maintaining up-to-date records;
  • Ensuring accurate meter readings, standby rosters, and arranging courier services as needed.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be proficient in MS Office and have a strong understanding of customer service principles.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a Matric qualification or equivalent;
  • Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a reception or related position;
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills;
  • Be fluent in English and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for professional growth and development within our company.
