Job Overview: As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in resolving customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner. Working within our Early Resolutions department, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with insurance and/or service-related complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and quality by delivering outstanding customer service
  • Understanding customer perspectives and managing cases from start to finish
  • Buidling rapport with customers and providing the best possible outcomes for their complaints
  • Managing customer complaints proactively and ensuring effective implementation of new regulations or processes
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure all complaints are managed within our target SLAs

Requirements:

  • Matric/NQF level 4 qualification or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months previous experience in complaints handling, preferably in an FCA regulated business
  • KPIs/performance must be met consecutively for the past 3 months
