Customer Experience Specialist

Job Overview: As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will play a pivotal role in resolving customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner. Working within our Early Resolutions department, you will be the primary point of contact for customers with insurance and/or service-related complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and quality by delivering outstanding customer service
- Understanding customer perspectives and managing cases from start to finish
- Buidling rapport with customers and providing the best possible outcomes for their complaints
- Managing customer complaints proactively and ensuring effective implementation of new regulations or processes
- Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure all complaints are managed within our target SLAs
Requirements:
- Matric/NQF level 4 qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months previous experience in complaints handling, preferably in an FCA regulated business
- KPIs/performance must be met consecutively for the past 3 months
