Job Description

FIREFLY is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls. Key responsibilities include generating red alerts and escalating issues to management, building trust with customers through interactive communication, and obtaining accurate information using company-provided tools. The ideal candidate will meet customer team targets, maintain records of customer interactions, and provide effective solutions to customer complaints. Requirements include a Matric or higher tertiary qualification, strong phone contact handling skills, and proficiency in English. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the face of FIREFLY, providing exceptional service to customers and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a large number of incoming and outgoing calls
  2. Generate red alerts and escalate issues to management
