Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Neptune. As a key member of our Administration and Financial Services subdirectorate, you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and databases to track data and statistics
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong background in administration and finance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
