We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team in Africa Cosmos Consulting & Training. As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:- Financial Transaction Processing: Process all financial transactions accurately and timeously, including petty cash, general ledger, capital expenses, and supplier invoices.
- Report Preparation: Prepare regular financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and supporting documents.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience within Finance, preferably in a similar role.
- Qualifications: Grade 12 with Accounting or Mathematics, and a 3-year tertiary qualification in Finance.
- Skills: Computer literacy, strong Excel skills, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
