Office Administrator Clerk Vacancy for an Engineering CompanyGauteng | Permanent positionMust be willing to relocate to JHB North if neededWill be working at the Companies premises 5 days a week4-5 years+ working experience in an Engineering Company or similar as an Office Administrator/ Administration Clerk /or a Secretary etc.Matric Certificate (good Mathematics marks is beneficial) Relevant Courses or Qualifications – would be a great advantageResponsibilities and duties could include but not be limited to the following:Must have at least 4 -5 years+ Data Capturing working experience - essential Must have work experience in maintaining Department records on Company Database daily as well as for employees.Computer Literate Must have worked with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.) and other softwareMust have gained work experience with good typing skillsPrepared to handle Telephone calls, Switchboard and Reception functions when requiredClerical FunctionsOrdering of Office StationeryHandling mailScheduling MeetingsFillingCould be personally Assisting Senior Management whenever requiredMust be able to write letters to External customers and Management when needed InvoicingFollow ups on DeliveriesCould also be assisting HR whenever neededThere could also be additional or different responsibilities other than what is listed on this Vacancy.To start immediatelyMonthly Salary: R 15 000 – R 25 000 CTC + Discretionary Annual Performance Bonus.Please note there is a Pension Fund which will be deducted off your Salary.
