The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating business operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining accurate records. Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to the General Manager – Processing, arranging and assisting with management meetings, and managing RTP's and invoices for Processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager – Processing.
- Coordinate business operations, including arrangement of management meetings.
- Maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes and reports.
- Process and manage RTP's and invoices for Processing.
- Capture and distribute daily Processing reports and weekly summaries.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- A Tertiary Qualification will be an added advantage.
- At least 2-3 years relevant administrative experience in a continuous operation production environment.
- The ability to pay attention to detail and Accuracy – high work ethic.
- Excellent administration and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Essential computer knowledge with experience in Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Advantageous knowledge of LN & 20 keys.
