Customer Service Support Specialist

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess a Grade 12 qualification and a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, sales administration, or a related administrative role, preferably in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or B2B environments. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail, are essential for this position. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM or ERP systems are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Managing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Coordinating sales and administrative tasks
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
• Grade 12 qualification
