- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering, HVAC technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the HVAC or renewable energy industry.
- Strong understanding of heat pump systems, HVAC technology, and energy efficiency solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
