Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

At HR Genie, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their sales goals by providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via telephone and in-person, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to effectively use our products.
  • Assist sales representatives in identifying new business opportunities and expanding our market share.
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery and collection of products, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends, sharing your expertise with colleagues and customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new product lines and business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a strong understanding of customer needs and market trends.
  • Relevant degree in Food Technology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
