We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Armstrong Appointments.

Main Responsibilities

• Understand manufacturing processes of customers

• In-depth understanding of internal sales processes & sales cycle

• Extensive product and application knowledge

• Technical capital sales knowledge

• In-depth understanding of competitors' products and services

• Industry application knowledge

• Equipment application and environmental knowledge

• In-depth understanding of customer requirements

• Geographical knowledge

• Customer locations

• Application of technical knowledge to solve a range of problems

• Extensive knowledge of consumables

• Knowledge of MS Office application

• Knowledge of JD Edwards CRM platform

Qualifications

• Matric

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing

• Relevant technical qualification will be advantageous

• 3-5 years' experience in capital equipment sales

• 3-5 years' experience in a technical position within the inspection and coding industry
