Job Title: Technical Sales Representative

RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients, providing technical advice, and assisting with sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, offering both pre-sales and after-sales technical advice.
  • Sales Process: Search for new clients and maximize client potential in designated regions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding and interpreting their requirements.
  • Negotiation and Quotations: Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs, and calculate client quotations.
  • Technical Support: Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and offer after-sales support and technical backup as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze costs and sales, prepare reports for head office, and maintain customer records.
  • Sales Targets and Projects: Meet regular sales targets and coordinate sales projects.
  • Marketing Support: Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events.
  • Product Knowledge: Make technical presentations and demonstrate product benefits to clients, and collaborate with the worldwide sales team and technical experts.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant industrial sales experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in industrial-hydraulic products and applications, particularly hydraulic and mechanical drives.
  • Education: Specialized technical education and experience in Fluid Power, Hydraulics, and Hydrostatics.
  • Track Record: Proven track record in sales of industrial and mobile hydraulics products.
  • Skills: Effective communication, leadership, and motivational skills, strong client management and negotiation abilities, organizational and budgeting skills, technical and business awareness, ability to make independent decisions, goal-oriented, team player, sincere, and passionate about the profession.
