Administrative Support Professional

Work Africa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Port Elizabeth. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.
Salary:
R5,500 per month, plus a performance-based bonus of R 500.00
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven individual with strong administrative skills to manage our switchboard and perform various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Matric/Grade 12 qualification
- Switchboard experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Data capturing and invoice experience
- A friendly and welcoming approach
- Proactive, self-driven, and highly motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
- Ability to use initiative
- Ability to work accurately, meticulously, and with high attention to detail
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Very well organized with strong planning skills
