Job Overview
The Small Enterprise Development Agency (SEDA) is committed to developing the small enterprise sector through various programs and initiatives. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist in the Eastern Cape Province.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and mail, providing a positive impression of our organization.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule meetings with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, correspondence, and other documents.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our office operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4 qualification.
- An Office Administration Certificate would be advantageous.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Essential Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and computer literacy.
