We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant/Clerk to join our team at Performit Personnel in Port Elizabeth.

Job Summary:

This role provides general administrative support to Senior Account Administrators, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides administrative assistance to the Senior Account Administrators, including but not limited to:

  • Managing paperwork and electronic submissions
  • Processing large volumes of documents efficiently

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent telephonic communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in daily routine on short notice

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medical administration will be advantageous
