The Role

This Support Services Coordinator position will provide administrative support to various hospital teams, helping to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to various hospital teams
  • Organising appointments and maintaining schedules
  • Assisting with wait-listing patients for surgery and booking surgeries
  • Typing clinical correspondence using Dictaphone equipment
  • Liaising with hospitals, funding providers, patients, and GPs as required

**Key Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in administration or secretarial roles
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
