About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Boikago Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team and ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with customer queries and provide product information.
  • Process orders and manage inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records and document customer interactions.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisor.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Essential)
  • Tertiary Qualification (Advantage)
  • 2 years of administration experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
