About the Role
  • Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the following administrative duties:
  • Offering high-quality customer service.
  • Performing miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.
  • Overseeing the administration of PRP for the branch.
  • Managing petty cash, cash up, and banking activities.
  • Organizing filing and archiving systems.
  • Capturing health and safety checklists using SHEQSYS software.

Your success in this role will contribute to a seamless office experience.

About You
  • A National Senior Certificate / Matric / Grade 12 Certificate is required.
  • You should possess strong telephonic skills to communicate effectively with internal and external clients and suppliers.
  • Experience in general administration, stock control processes, and working on PRP is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy is essential.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • A commitment to thorough and accurate working ethics is expected.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans are necessary.
