Sales Specialist for Heavy Commercial Vehicles

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist for Heavy Commercial Vehicles to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the full range of products offered by us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase sales of spare parts and ancillary products.
- Quote on and sell spare parts and ancillary products.
- Handle and follow up on customer queries and back orders when parts are not available.
- Work together with warehouse, technical, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth workflow and confirm if customers require goods before back orders are released.
- Handle counter sales and print picking slips for Dispatch department.
- Maintain Syspro sales orders, ensuring only valid orders are in the system.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Spare Parts Sales preferably with Heavy Commercial Vehicle spare parts sales (Truck and Trailer).
- Computer literacy in MS Office and SYSPRO.
- Good understanding of sales administration.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Resilient and able to work well under pressure.
