At Emporium, we are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Duty Sales Representative to join our team.
This role will focus on assisting customers in a professional, prompt, and ethical manner while selling and promoting our products – trailer, heavy duty spares, or commercial etc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively expedite e-mail and telephonic orders.
Responsibilities include handling telephonic queries, quotations, and sales orders, as well as maintaining Syspro sales order records and following up on back orders when parts are unavailable immediately.
Additionally, the selected candidate will process RMA's (Returns from customers), do invoicing and customer service orders as a backup to the Invoicing Clerk, and attend daily production meetings on a rotational basis to discuss spare parts issues.
We are looking for a highly organized individual who is able to multitask and maintain accuracy in their work.
