About Our Role

An exciting opportunity exists to be part of a vibrant, dynamic, and growing business. We have an opening for a Contact Centre Agent who will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our players.

  • Provide exceptional service to all of our players through various communication channels.
  • Respond to incoming player queries, ensuring swift resolution and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Foster strong relationships with players by consistently meeting their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Maintain accurate records of player interactions, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader/Manager to ensure seamless handovers and effective issue resolution.
  • Contribute to the improvement of player experiences and relationships through ongoing training and self-improvement.
What You'll Be Working On

This role requires a Customer Support Specialist to:

  • Deliver prompt and efficient resolutions to player queries.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to enhance player experiences.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to improve skills and knowledge.
What You Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A completed BCom Degree.
  • A passion for sports, sports betting, and betting markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, specifically MS Office and internet applications.
  • A strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to changes in the workplace and industry.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
  • Target and quality-driven nature.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
  • Solution-oriented and self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Responsible individual with good timekeeping.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including rotational shifts, and overtime as required.
  • Owning reliable transportation.
