About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at OneCart. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating personalized shopping experiences for our clients, exceeding their expectations, and building strong relationships.
This role involves providing expert advice, guidance, and product knowledge to customers, supporting them with order placement, payment processing, and delivery coordination. You will also be required to stay up-to-date on product offerings, features, and availability, advising customers on suitable substitutes when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and requirements.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases, features, and technologies.
- Order Management: Support customers with order placement, payment processing, and delivery coordination, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Reporting and Communication: Report customer issues, supply shortages, and product defects to management promptly, maintaining open lines of communication.
