What You'll Do:

  • Be the Voice of Our Company: Handle inbound and outbound calls with flair, providing top-notch support to our valued customers.
  • Multilingual Magic: Use your excellent spoken and written French and English skills to assist customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Address customer inquiries and issues related to insurance products and services, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.
  • Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible Shifts: Work CET hours with shifts split accordingly to ensure we're always there for our customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Minimum HSE holder/Matric or any relevant qualification
  • Experience: Previous experience in BPO, customer service, and handling inbound and outbound calls is a must.
  • Insurance Savvy: A background in insurance is preferred and will give you a head start.
  • Communication Skills: Fluency in French is essential, along with excellent spoken and written English.
  • Availability: Willingness to work CET hours with flexible shifts.
