As an Employee Experience Assistant, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture and engagement of our team at First Fit Shopfitters. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional employee experiences.

About the Role:

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, assisting in the recruitment process, addressing HR-related questions and concerns during onboarding, and updating employee files. You will also assist in resolving conflicts, conduct employee surveys, coordinate recognition activities, and ensure compliance with benefits regulations.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive individual who is able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Address HR-related questions and concerns during onboarding, providing support and guidance to new employees
  • Update employee files and ensure compliance with benefits regulations
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and conducting employee surveys
  • Coordinate recognition activities and ensure that employees feel valued and appreciated
