We are seeking a dedicated HR and Payroll professional to join our team at Level Up. As a key member of our HR department, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing our HR strategy, ensuring seamless integration with our payroll operations.

Key Tasks
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and compliant employee database, providing accurate information for reporting purposes.
  • Safeguard company assets by filing HR documents systematically and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support employee growth and development through participation in learning initiatives and employee assistance programs.
  • Drive innovation in HR admin systems, collaborating with the HR team to update policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to HR inquiries, offering administrative support to the HR team.
Payroll Responsibilities
  • Execute monthly payroll processing, incorporating timesheets, commissions, staff changes, leave payouts, and pay queries.
  • Present payroll for review and approval by leadership, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Enter new employee data and timesheets into the payroll system, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Address payroll-related concerns from staff and management, providing prompt and effective solutions.
Qualifications and Education
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with SAGE Payroll software.
  • Strong computer literacy and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and discretion.
