Edge Personnel is seeking a dedicated Employee Experience Manager to enhance our HR department's capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional HR services, supporting the Head of Human Resources, and collaborating with the Payroll Supervisor.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Recruitment and Selection:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential records of HR documents, including job offers, contracts, and employee files.
  2. Wellness and Training:
    • Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging wellness and training initiatives that promote employee growth and development.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and optimal outcomes.
  3. General Support: Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees, addressing their queries, concerns, and needs in a professional and empathetic manner.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Matric qualification
  2. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  3. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in HR Administration
  4. Proven track record of delivering exceptional HR services and promoting employee engagement
Desirable Skills:
  1. Advanced knowledge of HR best practices and regulations
  2. Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Sage 300 (HR & Payroll)
  3. Excellent project management and coordination skills
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
