External Account Relationship Builder

Job Summary:
We are seeking an External Account Manager to join our team at Cartrack, a leading global provider of vehicle telematics. As an External Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and following up on incoming leads to close deals.
You will be the key interface between fleet customers and Cartrack, delivering superior customer experience through face-to-face visits, virtual meetings, telephonic, and email support. You will also identify immediate needs of existing clients and expand the client base through unique business growth solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong relationship management skills, account management and sales experience, MS Office Suite proficiency, and CRM applied experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients.
- Contact, resolve problems & queries, and build relationships with allocated clients.
- Service existing clients by uncovering their immediate needs.
- Build on existing client base through unique business growth solutions.
- Develop and promote products to increase brand awareness.
