About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Objective Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Market and sell products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide feedback to customers on products, services, deliveries, and queries.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably within the industrial tool/engineering market or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to win customers over.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative and urgency.
