Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the FMCG industry, understanding their business objectives, priorities, and investment decisions.
  • Business Growth Strategy: Develop and execute business growth strategies that drive revenue and client satisfaction, leveraging deep industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the FMCG industry, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including analytics associates and account development teams, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
  • Extensive Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop business growth strategies, and make informed decisions that drive business results.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working environment, volunteer time off, LinkedIn Learning, and Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP).
